Toolworxx has worked hard to create a fast, efficient and fair system for order processing and shipping. We know you want your order quickly and at the lowest possible cost.
We strive to process your order and place it on a truck for shipment in three business days. But due to heavy order volume, it may take us more than three days to process your order.
When you place an order, we will include the estimated shipping date on your order receipt page. You will find this information on the table below. If it takes us longer than projected to process your order, we will contact you either by phone or email.

- Estimated Processing Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Total Delivery Time.
- If you place an order after 2pm Central time, we will begin processing it on the next business day.
- Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and all holidays.
- Estimated Total Delivery Time applies to in-stock products only (not pre-order or backorders).
- If we have to review an order for security reasons, that review may affect the Estimated Processing time.
- We can not guarantee Estimated Shipping Times. Those are determined by the specific carrier.

Shipping Costs

We use a shipping method that calculates your shipping cost based on three factors:
- The total weight of the items in your order
- The distance between our warehouse and the "ship to" address you provide
- The method of shipment you use (standard, premium, express)
To preview shipping costs for a purchase simply add the product to the shopping cart. Once items are added, our system will allow you to enter a "ship to" zip code. Rates for standard, premium and express options will be automatically calculated and appear at the bottom of the shopping cart. Upon check out you will be given the opportunity to select a shipping method.
Please be aware that not all items can be shipped using our premium or express options. Regardless of which shipping option you may choose, order processing times still apply.

Where We Ship

Toolworxx currently only ships within the United States. Shipments to Hawaii / Alaska will be shipped via 2-day air and all orders shipping to Hawaii / Alaska will be changed to reflect this additional cost if the chosen shipping method does not meet or exceed this standard.
Shipments to United States APO & FPO Military bases will be determined on a case-by-case basis due to inconsistencies with USPS. We will notify you if we can NOT ship your order to your military base.

Canada, Guam, Virgin Islands and everywhere else outside North America.
Approved Couriers: Toolworxx only uses couriers that have a tracking system, like UPS, FedEx and USPS Express Mail Service. We reserve the right to choose the most effective form of shipping for your package.

Order Tracking

Here at Toolworxx we want to keep you as informed as possible. Initially you will be sent an order confirmation email shortly after you submit your order which includes an order tracking number.
If you have any questions about your order, including order status, you can visit our web site and track your purchase through your personal page. We'll inform you if any items in your order are out of stock and/or discontinued from the manufacturer. You will be sent an email showing which items are available to ship immediately and given the choice to either cancel or process and ship your order if any items are out of stock.
Once your order is shipped you will be issued a tracking number. This tracking number can be accessed through your personal page. You can then enter your tracking numbers for Tracking or Tracking. If you have any questions regarding your order tracking please feel free to contact us at support@sabrr.com. In your e-mail please include your name, address, and order confirmation number in addition to your question so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.
